Collection: European Workwear

Originating in France in the early 1800's, the bleu de travail, which translates to “working blues”, was originally designed to be worn by railway workers, farmers, and factory workers. It wasn’t until they made their way to the U.S. they would become known as “chore jackets” or “chore coats”.
