This is a very rare and unique early American letterman jacket from 1930s Indiana with some interesting history behind it. Manufactured by Kaye Bros. in Chicago, famous for their letterman "Award" jackets, this has a fully lined wool body and leather trimmed pockets with Scoville snaps at the front closure. Chest patches read "Cathy" and "WN"; left arm patch reads "73".

Patches and customization were done by "W.O.W.O. - Main Auto Sport Shop"; Main Auto was a car parts and sporting goods store in Fort Wayne, Ind. and WOWO was (and still is) a legendary Indiana radio station they ran out of the upstairs of the shop at the time. They also made uniforms in the 30s and 40s for Fort Wayne's semi-pro baseball team. Extra special. Made in the USA.
