Beautiful vintage vinyl jacket from the late '50s or '60s by Sprung Western Wear Specialists out of Calgary. According to an interior tag, the fabric is a synthetic leather called "Anteekide" made by Anglo Canadian Textiles Ltd. It is soft and authentic looking with a very nice, subtle aged effect. The jacket is really impeccably made, with very clean stitching and construction throughout, and an artful lapel roll. The collar is lined with a faux suede, and the jacket itself is fully lined. All-over fringe, decorative stitching, fancy metal buttons and underarm grommets for ventilation round out the design. Made in Canada.
Some stitching has come loose at the right underarm, and a few pieces of fringe are missing; otherwise in amazing condition.
