The M-1951 winter field uniform trousers were intended for wear as part of the US Army cold-wet uniform during the Korean War to withstand the harsh cold weather conditions in the mountains of Korea. They were initially intended for wear as layers of the new winter combat uniform, but their slick military appearance led to them being adopted as a cold-weather garrison uniform.
The trousers are made with 18-oz wool serge cloth in the shade olive green 108, and feature buckle and tab adjusters at the waist. Various buttons and loops are fitted internally for the attachment of various suspenders.
Made in USA.
All trousers are zip fly with buttoned back pockets. Trousers shown on model are the Short Long pair (only pair with button fly). The pair you receive may differ slightly than what's pictured.
Available: X-Small, Small, Medium and Large + short, regular and long inseams.
