Blue Bell is the company that first brought us legendary American workwear under their own label, and later Wrangler, a brand that needs no introduction. Maverick was created in the '70s, intended to be a more accessible and affordable denim line, though the quality on Maverick pieces often surpassed Wrangler and Blue Bell pieces from the era.
We managed to find some unbelievable, completely deadstock 1970s selvedge denim jackets by Blue Bell/Maverick, with old shop tags still attached. There is such an abundance of rich character in this beautiful denim, and the construction is immaculate - truly, every line on this jacket is so clean. The selvedge line on the inside placket is uniquely precise, beautiful and understated. Timeless, streamlined design, with two bar tack reinforced hand pockets, brass button front and snap cuffs. An incredible denim jacket in very rare, hard-to-find condition.
