Introduced in 1968 and only existing til the mid-to-late '70s, Levi's For Gals used a white tab and featured denim styles for women and girls in fun, fashion-forward fits and fabrics.
A very special, rare pair, these Levi's For Gals jeans are 'Big E' tab, deadstock, never worn with original tags still attached! The fit features a slim tapered leg and fitted top-block described on the pocket tag as "low-waisted" - which, for the '60s, it was. Made in a fun light blue coloured denim, these are an early example of stretch denim and have a soft, comfy feel. Nice understated details, with tonal stitching, a streamlined low-profile coin pocket, snap button at waist and original Talon 42 zipper. And of course, legendary high quality, expert construction throughout. A rare opportunity to own a deadstock pair of Levi's from the 1960s! Made in USA.
