An incredible, original Vietnam War-era US Navy command jersey from the Naval Regional Medical Center (NRMC) Japan football team. This is a very cool and truly special piece, acquired from the estate of a Vietnam War US Navy Medic stationed at the US Naval Hospital, working either in Yokosuka or surrounding regional centres. Not only is it a unique piece of militaria, it's also just a wonderful piece of sportswear in its own right: made in theatre in Japan of a cool (though somewhat impractical by today's standards) heavyweight soft and stretchy synthetic fabric. Completed with iron-on felt lettering and numbers with the name "Pick" on the back and "NRMC Japan" on the front. Tagged size medium and fits fairly true to size.
